How can I book accommodation at your hotel?

The online booking process is very simple: you select the destination, facility and period of stay and follow the further instructions provided by the system. If you need help or want to book by phone, you can always call us at +385 51 494 007. Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail at sales@jadran-hoteli.hr. We are here to help you however you want to book!

How can I change or cancel my reservation? What is the cancellation policy?

If you wish to change or cancel an existing reservation, you can do so by calling the reservation center number +385 51 494 007, or by sending an e-mail to sales@jadran-hoteli.hr

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you arrive at the hotel before 2:00 PM, please check with the reception to see if your room is ready.

Is early arrival or late departure possible? If so, what are the fees?

All our hotels have a 24-hour reception. Please let us know your estimated arrival/departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I request a specific room or room location?

You can only book a room type. Please state any special requests (such as location or floor) in the comments section during booking. We will consider your wishes when assigning the room, subject to availability.

Are there rooms with a sea view?

Yes, we do have rooms with sea views available. We recommend that you check our hotel portfolio to find those that offer this option as not all of our properties have rooms with sea views. Feel free to explore our selection and find the perfect accommodation to suit your needs.

Do you have rooms for guests with special needs?
