In summer 2026, Jadran, Rijeka, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel will open – a new chapter for one of Rijeka’s most recognisable hotels, now as part of Marriott International. As part of the hotel, a new culinary hub will also open – a restaurant, bar and lounge conceived as venues of strong character and a high level of service. We are looking for a barman / bartender who understands that a distinctive bar is not built on technique alone, but on a signature style – through signature cocktails, confident service and an atmosphere guests want to return to.
